Peace Fresno Friends and Members,
We now have information about the memorial service for Cynthia Loweberg, friend and long-time activist:
The memorial service for Cythnia will be held on Sunday, March 30, at 1:00 pm at the North Fork Town Hall. It will be a potluck with music and fellowship.
Take Highway 41 north to North Fork Road (Road 200). Follow Rd. 200 into North Fork. As it curves it becomes Rd. 225. Follow it past the North Fork Market and take the next right by the Mono Indian Museum (about 1/3 mile). This is Road 228. The Town Hall is about 1/4 mile up the road on the right. North Fork is about 45 or 50 minutes from north Fresno.
For a map, go to the
North Fork Chamber of Commerce website.
Remember that the memorial is a potluck with music. People will begin to gather around noon with the memorial beginning at 1:00 pm. People are encouraged to bring their instruments. Come celebrate the life of our friend and fellow activist.
