Joseph DeLappe, 2014 Artist-in-Residence of Fresno State’s Center for Creativity and the Arts, is constructing a life-size sculptural representation of the General Atomics MQ-1 Unmanned Aerial Vehicle – a drone with a 48 foot wingspan!
